Zowar Policy
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is our company’s country of domicile.
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit
card in the (Currency required, e.g. SAR). If “Credit Card Online”
is selected as the payment method, then the details on the
Customer’s ID (Card holder’s ID) should exactly match that of the
credit card used to make the purchase.
All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase
through this website would be refunded to the original mode of
payment.
Delivery information such as Customer’s Name, Location, Address
and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other
personal identifiable information will not be stored.
Cancellation Charges

If you cancel 0 – 24 days before departure, then 100% of the
booking value will be charged

If you cancel 25 – 60 days before departure, then 50% of the
booking value will be charged

If you cancel 61 days or earlier before departure, then 10% of
the booking value will be charged

In the event the passenger details provided are not as per the
passport, a Name Change penalty fee of 150SAR will be applicable
-
Hotels: zowar does not charge any cancellation service fee on
top of the cancellation charges levied by the hotel.
General Provisions
You may travel to certain destinations which involve greater risks
than others, entirely at your risk as to the cost and
consequences.
Zowar requests you to consult your local authorities and evaluate
travel prohibitions, warning, announcements, and advisories issued
by them before booking travel to certain international
destinations.
By offering for sale travel to particular international
destinations, Zowar does not represent or warrant that travel to
such point is advisable or without risk. Zowar does not accept
liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from
improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel
to such destinations.
Zowar Affiliates and their respective suppliers are not liable for
the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches
or negligence of any air carriers, hotels or other suppliers or
for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other
damages or expenses resulting there from. Zowar, Zowar Affiliates
and their respective suppliers have no liability and will make no
refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking,
strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control,
and they have no responsibility for any additional expense,
omissions, delays, re–routing or acts of any government or
authority.
Zowar reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to
alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted
herein, in any respect. Zowar shall have no obligation to take the
needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.
Zowar reserves its right to deny on its sole discretion any user
access to this Site or any portion hereof without notice.
You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed
by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not
limited to, payment of all amounts when due and with the
supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding availability and use
of fares, products, or services. You acknowledge that some
third–party providers offering certain services and/or activities
may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to
participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You
understand that any violation of any such supplier’s rules and
restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in
your being denied access to the applicable travel product or
services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such
reservation(s), and/or in Zowar debiting your account for any
costs we incur as a result of such violation.
No waiver by Zowar of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its
duly authorized representative.
If any dispute arises between you and Zowar during your use of the
Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use
or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to
arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Jeddah, KSA.
These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed
in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any
dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the
appropriate Courts situated in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Zowar will never ask, share or store any Credit Card Details, Bank
Login/Password or Debit Card Details over phone or email of any
customer.
In case payment is flagged by our payment gateway, our team will
reach out to you from ccc@zowar.com.sa. You will have to send the
front and back side of the credit card with the CVV number masked
to ccc@zowar.com.sa.
If you receive any other e-mail purportedly from zowar requesting
your personal or security details, please do not respond to such
E-mail. Please forward any such E-mail to ccc@zowar.com.sa. and
thereafter delete the e-mail immediately.
Payment for services being offered by zowar can be done by

zowar is not liable in case the payment is done by any other mode.
The User warrants, agrees and confirms that when he / she
initiates a payment transaction and / or issues an online payment
instruction and provides his / her card / bank details:
The User is fully and lawfully entitled to use such credit / debit
card, bank account for such transactions;
The User is responsible to ensure that the card / bank account
details provided by him/her are accurate;
The User is authorizing debit of the nominated card / bank account
for the payment of zowar;
The User is responsible to ensure sufficient credit is available
on the nominated card / bank account at the time of making the
payment to permit the payment of the dues payable or the bill(s)
selected by the User inclusive of the applicable Fee.
The User agrees that, to the extent required or permitted by law,
zowar, and/ or the Payment Service Provider(s) may also collect,
use and disclose personal information in connection with security
related or law enforcement investigations or in the course of
cooperating with authorities or complying with legal requirements.
Umrah Visa Terms and Conditions
The GCC nationals [Gulf Cooperation Council] do not need Umrah
Visa. The below terms and conditions are applicable for all Umrah
pilgrims with nationality out of [Gulf Cooperation Council].
- Umrah Visa Holders are not allowed to perform Hajj.
- Umrah Visas are not valid for work or residence.

The standard validity of Umrah Visa is 15 days (unless mentioned
otherwise on Visa print)

Umrah pilgrims must not overstay their visas, otherwise it is
considered as a violation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
regulations and is subject to severe punishment and legal
consequences starting with financial penalty to the level of
blocking of future entry to Saudi Arabia.

It is the responsibility of each Umrah pilgrim holding Umrah
Visa to comply with the following flights restrictions:

Umrah visa holders should enter and depart from King Khalid
International Airport in Riyadh, King Abdulaziz International
Airport in Jeddah, Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Airport in
Madinah or Prince Abdulmohsin Bin Abdulaziz Airport in Yanbu
only without passing through other Saudi airports.

Umrah visa holders enter from King Abdulaziz International
Airport in Jeddah or Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Airport in
Madinah should depart only from King Abdulaziz International
Airport in Jeddah or Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Airport in
Madinah without passing through other Saudi airports.

Umrah visa holders enter from King Khalid International
Airport in Riyadh or King Fahd International Airport in Dammam
can depart from King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh,
King Fahd International Airport in Dammam, King Abdulaziz
International Airport in Jeddah, or Prince Mohammed Bin
Abdulaziz Airport in Madinah without passing through other
Saudi airports.

Umrah visa holders enter and depart from King Khalid
International Airport in Riyadh, should have confirmed tickets
for the whole itinerary (international and domestic flights)
via Jeddah or Madinah and the Minimum connecting time for
domestic flights shouldn’t be less than (4 hours). In
addition, they should be at the airport 4 hours prior to
departure of the international flight that has a connected
domestic flight.
The Umrah pilgrim understands, confirms and comply with the
following requirements in order to receive the Umrah Visa :

The Umrah pilgrim must have a passport with a validity of at
least six (6) months and acceptable both for entry to Saudi
Arabia and entry to the next destination; the passport should
have at least two empty visa pages adjacent to each other.

The Umrah pilgrim must cooperate with Zowar Umrah Team to fill
in the "Umrah Visa Application form".

The Umrah pilgrim responsible and accountable for the submitted
information accuracy and submitted official documents to Zowar
Umrah team including all information uploaded by the Umrah
pilgrim on the Zowar Umrah Online Website.

All women are required to travel for Umrah with a Mahram. Proof
of kinship must be submitted to Zowar Umrah Team along with the
Umrah Visa application form. Women over the age of forty-five
(45) may travel without a Mahram with an organized group, they
must, however submits a no objection letter from her husband,
son or brother authorizing her to travel for Umrah with the
named group. This letter should be notarized.

As per the regulations, if Umrah Pilgrim is Male and has the
nationality of the following countries (India, Pakistan, Sudan,
Bangladesh, Yemen, Nigeria, and Chad) the Males who has age less
than 40 years old has to have a female companion with proper
kinship.

The Umrah pilgrim must be in possession of a non-refundable
roundtrip ticket with confirmed reservations. It is basic
service within the purchased Umrah package.

After "Umrah visa application" is completed and accepted, The
Umrah pilgrim will be contacted by the authorized local travel
agency, located in pilgrims resident country, to handle the
Saudi Consulate Visa stamping process. The Umrah pilgrim hereby
confirms full cooperation with the locally assigned travel
agency by providing the necessary legal documents/papers,
vaccination details (if required), and passport for visa
stamping process. The failure of this process will fail the
Umrah visa issuance and stamping. Any delay caused by the Umrah
pilgrim may result in postponing the Umrah trip or even
cancelling the full Umrah booking with no responsibility on
"Zowar ", the Umrah pilgrim in this case shall cover booking
dates changes charges and any cancellation charges.

The Umrah Visa service is non-refundable if the Umrah pilgrim
decided to cancel the Umrah trip after the "MOFA Number" is
generated. [That will be after the successful completion of
Umrah Visa Application]. Before that, the possibility of
cancellation is there with penalty charges in considerations of
cancellation of the other services in same booking (Hotels,
Transportations, Flights etc.)

Zowar Umrah shall not accept any claim or complain in this
regard in violation of the aforementioned policy & procedures
and shall accept no legal responsibility in whatsoever nature.

Visitors to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall abide by the
country's Islamic laws and regulations and respect its society's
values and traditions. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's anti-drug
trafficking laws are strictly enforced. Violators are subject to
severe punishment, which may include the death penalty.
Sectarian, political or religious gatherings are forbidden.

Visitors to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall abide by the
country's Islamic laws and regulations and respect its society's
values and traditions. Prude clothes in respect to the holy
cities and Islamic culture and values, focus on religious and
tourism activities and avoiding any other out of scope
activities i.e. personal or group political activities or any
other activities which do not comply with the Umrah trip purpose
or violates with the local security rules in Saudi Arabia.

All passengers traveling for Umrah MUST have Passport. Travel
document issued by any government will not be accepted by embassy
as per KSA Laws.
